Legal information
Privacy policy
A short page about what you leave behind when you submit the booking form, and what happens to it afterwards. No legal fog.
Who processes your data
AMRITA DOO BEOGRAD, Nebojšina 12, first floor, flat 1, 11118 Belgrade, Serbia. Company tax ID (PIB) 114084606, registration number 21969052.
For any question about how we handle your data: +381 69 683 889 (call or WhatsApp) or Telegram.
What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form yourself:
- your name, or whatever you would like to be called;
- a phone number or Telegram handle;
- the massage you picked;
- your preferred time of day.
We do not ask for or store health data, payment details or identity documents. The form contains a hidden honeypot field for spam bots — whatever lands in it is never stored.
Why we need it
The single purpose is to contact you and agree on a time. We do not send marketing to these contacts and do not pass them to third parties for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form, and steps taken at your request before the service is provided. You can withdraw consent at any time — see “Your rights”.
Where your request goes
The form delivers your message to our private working channel on Telegram, visible only to the therapist and the studio administrator. This means the data passes through Telegram servers located outside Serbia.
If you would rather avoid that, simply call us instead of using the form: we keep no record of phone conversations.
How long we keep it
An enquiry from someone who never visited — up to 12 months from the date of contact. If you become a guest, we keep your contact while you keep visiting and for one year after your last visit. After that we delete it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and collects no visit statistics: there is no Google Analytics, no Yandex Metrica and no advertising pixels.
Your browser only remembers which language version you chose, so that we do not have to ask on every visit. That record stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, or withdraw your consent. Write or call us and we will act within 30 days.
If you believe we are infringing your rights, you may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection: Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade.
Changes
If anything changes — for example if we switch on visit analytics — we will update this page and change the date below.
